Picture-esque.
This has been life over the past…I don’t know…3-4 months. While it doesn’t entirely sum it up, it gives a sense of remembrance.There are many important things that have happened in my life that are not portrayed merely through imagery. Those moments and/or people are so dear to my heart.

Realization

Damn, it’s been a pretty long time since I’ve posted the happs as of late. So let’s see…..not been doing much. Still doing the whole school/work thing. So far so good. Daguerreotypes
In class today we took a look into Daguerreotypes and how they were made waaaaaaaaay back when. The image of a person, landscape, or even someone’s dog was formed on the surface of the silver plate that looks like a mirror. It can easily be rubbed off with the fingers and will oxidize in the air, so from the outset daguerreotypes were mounted in sealed cases or frames with a glass cover....

Baking that's bad for you
While we were both feeling totally sick. we decided that baking would make us feel so much better. Betty Crocker to the effin’ rescue. We made these crazy Rocky Road Cookies and I made my first batch of Double Chocolate Biscotti. Smokey Minestrone
I was sick and hungry, so he cooked for me one of my new favorite soups! The best part? I saved some and put it in the freezer for anytime I want some more.
