Because sometimes one’s emotions are the hardest to catch.

For my digital photography class, we were asked to randomly call out 10 items, be it color, an emotion, an item, anything. In a shouting frenzy, our instructor settled on:
1. Green
2. Pink
3. Soft
4. Grainy
5. Happy
6. Organic
7. Wet
8. Tired
9. Motion
10. Autumn
I’m not going to post all of my photos because some, in fact, are quite lame. I will, however, post my favorites. They are completely unedited, the only settings changed were the manual settings for the camera itself. The images were allowed to be our representation of the word, so I’m sure some students took the word for what it was. While I was one of those, I tried to try different angles and framing. For my first assignment, I think I killed it. Here are my favorites.

I feel lame blogging about my cat right now, but fuck it. I read in a photography blog online that you can capture animals with tons of different facial expressions. Might as well give this new camera a shot and give Zombie a bit of the lime light. In a matter of minutes I saw her blossom from a “fuck you/take flight” kitty to a “I love to chill” kitty.
